If you are unable to get to your departure destination due to COVID-19 disruption, you can reschedule till a later date within or 12 months or you can receive a credit note for your deposit which can be used toward a future charter. Rescheduled charters are subject to current pricing. The policy covers disruption as border closures, a government advisory against travelling to your destination or restrictions preventing us from operating your charter at the departure destination. The following does not qualify as disruption: Failure to provide a negative COVID-19 test to enter the country you are visiting, and a requirement to quarantine to enter the country you are visiting or to return home.
