Zadar to Rab, 50Nm
Verdant in the south-west, rocky in the north and east and rocking in the middle, Rab has a lot to offer. It’s known as both the greenest and busiest island in the Kvarner string. Safe, shallow, sandy beach in the northern peninsula of Lopar. Rab town, near the centre of the island, is a bustling tourist destination, with an interesting mix of busy bars and a historic Old Town.

Krk is the largest island in the Adriatic, covering 157 square miles. It is also one of the most populous with 17,000 inhabitants. It is well developed and very busy with tourists as it is connected by bridge to the mainland. Rijeka Airport is also located on the island.

Krk to Cres, 38Nm
Cres, is a real appeal for nature lovers because it is a treasure trove of plant and animal life, with an exceptionally large number of endemic species. Cres is also a host to one of the last habitats of a very rare bird – the griffon vulture. The town of Cres is the largest town on the island, located in the northern part, protected by a large and deep bay. The best way to experience the town is to take a walk through numerous narrow streets, discover ornaments on medieval buildings, see the reflection of the facades between wooden boats and pass along the waterfront bathed in the sun. This typical Mediterranean town has its own specific cuisine based on fish, shellfish and crabs and it’s well known Olive Oil. Appreciate the wonderful view from the ancient mountain village Lubenice, you can appreciate of the entire Kvarner islands and coast of Istria. On the other side of the island the village Beli, visit the prehistoric citadel.

The largest city in the Istrian peninsula, this location is steeped in 3000 years of history and is ideal for soaking up a little culture to take home from your travels. Begin your day in the modern district which is lined with galleries and boutique stores ideal for doing some last-minute shopping. Have lunch at one of the local cafes where you can people watch and take in the atmosphere before you explore the rest of the city.

Pula to Rovinj, 17Nm
Even before you arrive you will see the stunning surroundings and picture-perfect settings which will make some ideal vacation photographs. Jumping on a train across to the city of Rovinj, you’ll be sure to marvel at the narrow winding streets and pretty stores and stalls. You will get the opportunity to see many of the attractions in this fishing settlement, including the church of St. Euphemia.
